- Walk‑through. We check edges, thresholds, vents, and cleanup. You get care instructions and a point of contact for any follow‑up.

We check moisture levels and subfloor condition during the site visit. Where needed we add underlayment, self‑leveling, or new plywood to give the finished floor a solid base.

Estimates are free within our service area. For urgent timelines or specialized consulting, we will tell you up front if a fee applies and credit it toward the job.
Pricing & Inclusions
Every proposal states what is included and what is not. Typical inclusions are demolition and disposal of existing flooring, subfloor repairs noted during inspection, underlayment, adhesives or fasteners, trims, thresholds, and finish coats. Typical exclusions are unforeseen structural repairs, asbestos abatement, and owner‑supplied materials not listed in the scope. You will always approve any change before we proceed.
